Panelists:

Maddie Ellsworth
Maddie is a defender on the OSU Women's Soccer team who started all 16 of the Beavers' matches in 2020. A redshirt sophomore from Hillsboro, Oregon, she is a leader on and off the pitch. Most recently, she has been at the forefront of OSU Athletics' diversity and inclusion efforts as a founding member of Dam Change

Lane Stigall
Lane wrestles at 149 lb. on the OSU Wrestling team. A redshirt junior from Aurora, Oregon, he has amassed 22 victories for the Beavers after transferring from Missouri prior to the 2019-20 season. He represents Oregon State on the Student-Athlete Leadership Team at the Pac-12 level, where he discusses topics such as academic transparency and name, image and likeness.

Callan Jackman 
Callan is a member of the OSU Women’s Rowing team, primarily as part of the Varsity 8 squad. A senior from Dublin, California, she serves on the Dam Worth It committee and has played an integral role in the program’s growth and expansion. Under her leadership, Dam Worth It has evolved from a campus-wide initiative to a nonprofit company. 

Caleb Etter
Caleb is a defender on the OSU Men’s Soccer team. The redshirt junior has made 12 career starts during his Beaver career. A native of Reno, Nevada, he has been a leader at Oregon State in promoting mental health for student-athletes. A member of Dam Worth It, his focus is on how injuries, the need to balance school and other priorities, and the expectations put on athletes impact mental health.
