Research shows that volunteering boosts happiness, reduces stress and even improves physical health — creating a win-win for your body, mind and heart. This May, during OSU Days of Service, you can tap into these benefits by leading a service project from anywhere. Help make a real difference in your community while connecting with fellow Beavers. Whether it's cleaning up a park, helping at a food pantry or engaging with an organization you’re passionate about supporting, your leadership will inspire change and create a positive impact alongside fellow Beavers worldwide. And don't forget to log your hours so we can showcase the incredible collective impact of our global alumni community.
