PORTLAND — Oregon State University has hired a familiar face to lead its Food Innovation Center in downtown Portland.

Marcia Walker

Marcia Walker, who earned her doctorate in food science and technology from OSU in 2003, took over as center director on Sept. 25. She replaces Dave Stone, who stepped down last year to become the first associate dean of international programs for the College of Agricultural Sciences at OSU.
